1. Open the psd file you download.
2. Find the layer named "<<Paste your logo here (double click on layer thumbnail)"
3. Double click the thumbnai of the layer
4. After opening the new Photoshop window, you can edit/replace the content with yours
5. Save the file you edited.
6. Go to the previous window of Photoshop, then you can see the results
