Instructions: 

1. In Photoshop, select the brush tool.
2. Click the drop down arrow as though you are going to select a brush.
3. Click the arrow to the right of the window that opens. From the fly-out menu, select “Load Brushes”.
4. Select the .ABR file from wherever you have it saved.
5. Done
